Definition In Accounting
1) Goods: - Goods are bought and sold regularly and mainly in business. For example - in a grocery store, soaps, oils are good ones. Depending on the purchase of profits and the sale of the goods.
2) Assets: - Assets are valuable things that are necessary for business and business wealth. For example - Building, Weekly, Machinery, Furniture.
3) Liabilities: - Liability is given to a business by others. For example - the loan taken from the bank, the purchase of the goods on the credit.
4) Capital: - Capital is the capital invested by the business owner. It is in the form of Capital Cash, Goods or Assets. As it is invested by the owner of the Capital Business, this capital is also a liability according to the business.
5) Debtor: - The person who wants to take a fixed amount of business is called a debtor.
6) Creditor: - Those who have to pay a certain amount to our business are called creditors.
7) Business Transaction: - A financial event that is related to business and the impact of which falls on the financial position of the company. For example - Selling goods on the purchase, salaries, and credit of goods.
8) Cash Transaction: - Transactions that are made in cash are called Cash Transactions.
9) Credit Transaction: - The transactions which are done on the transaction credit are called credit transactions.
10) Account: - The account is a statement of any transaction, which affects any assets, liabilities, earnings or expenses.

Double Entry System of Book Keeping:
a) Bought in Goods Cash - Goods are coming to business in this transaction but at the same time cash out of business is going out.
b) Sells to Datta Traders on Goods Credit - Goods are going out of business in this transaction and at the same time Datta Traders becomes the debtor of our business.
According to the Double Entry System - While recording all such business transactions in the account, there are two aspects: the Debit aspect (credit) and credit aspect (giving).

How to Create a Company in Tally
Gateway of Tally> Company Info > Create Company
Now the company will be the creation of Windows Open, type the following information here -
Directory: The company data that will be stored on the location, the path we can give here.
Name: Give the company name here.
Company Logo: We can define the company's logo here.
Mailing Name: The company name here comes automatically. We can change it according to our needs.
Address: Type of the company's address here.
Statutory Compliance: Select India from the list of countries.
State: Select the appropriate state from the list of states.
Pin Code: Enter the PIN code of the specified address.
Telephone No .: Enter the company telephone number.
E-mail: Tally submits documents, reports, and data to the e-mail given here.
Currency Symbol: Here is the default by Rs.
Maintain: Select the company's nature and account with the account or inventory only.
Financial Year From: Enter the financial year of the company beginning with the date.
Books Beginning From The date mentioned above comes automatically here. But we can give the date of the company's account book which is starting from the date. Eg If the company has started on June 10, then give it here on June 10.
TallyVault Password: TallyVault This is an improved security feature, which is encrypted on the security of the company's data and this password is protected. Data can not be accessed without this password. If this password is forgotten, it can not be recovered.

Modification of Company information:
After creating the company, you can make changes to the company's details. For this, press Alt + F3 and select which company to modify.
Shut Company:
If you have opened a company and now you want to close it then press Alt + F3 and select the company. The name of this company will be removed from the list.
Delete Company:
If you want to delete a company that is ready then you have to delete all the entries first, then press Alt + D.
