Use Good Anti-Virus Software, anti-spyware software, and a firewall on the PC. Set these protections to update frequently.

Use the firewall to protect the store data on your computer. The firewall prevents any unwanted intrusion on your computer, as well as gives you the option to control which programs you want to have access to the Internet.

5) Make a password protected Zip file:



You can compress and encrypt the sensible documents using Zip files WinZip or 7-zip software. For this, collect all the important files in the same folder and then compress this folder with a password.

Right click on the folder which you want to compress in Windows.

Select WinZip or 7-zip.

Select Encrypt or set a password.

But keep in mind that without the password you can not unzip the folder but you can see the files and folder names in it.



6) Secure wireless network:
